If you purchase a course, consultation, or other paid service:

the contract is concluded at the moment payment is received
access to digital content is granted after payment confirmation
services are delivered electronically (online access, materials, or consultation sessions)

Each purchase is confirmed via email and/or invoice.

5. Prices and Payment

All prices are stated in CZK (Czech crowns) unless stated otherwise
Payment is made by bank transfer unless otherwise specified
The provider is not a VAT payer unless stated otherwise on the invoice

Invoices are issued electronically.

6. Access to Digital Content

For online courses and digital materials:

access is personal and non-transferable
sharing login credentials or materials with third parties is prohibited
access duration may be limited or unlimited depending on the product description

We reserve the right to revoke access in case of misuse or violation of these Terms.

7. Right of Withdrawal (Digital Content)

If you are a business customer (B2B), the right of withdrawal does not automatically apply.

For digital content, access may begin immediately after payment with your explicit consent, meaning the right of withdrawal may be waived once access is granted.

Toxmetics operates as a collaborative educational project of independent professionals.

All consultants act as independent OSVČ and are responsible for their own professional services.

Toxmetics is not liable for:

individual consulting outcomes
business decisions made based on provided information
third-party professional services

branding and design

is protected by intellectual property law and belongs to Toxmetics or its authors.
